Client Registration

For all new clients, we kindly request that you complete a Client Registration Form. This helps us gather the necessary medical and personal information to provide you with the best treatment recommendations.

We collect basic details like your name, address, contact information, and relevant medical history. Rest assured, this information is used solely to ensure effective communication about your treatments, including appointment confirmations and essential pre- and post-care instructions. Important Booking Information

When booking a treatment series or package, please keep in mind:

• All packages are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase.
• Our experienced medical practitioners will assess and recommend the most suitable treatments for your needs.
• A complimentary consultation is required before any treatment.

Your Privacy & Medical Confidentiality

Your privacy is our priority. We strictly adhere to medical confidentiality guidelines, ensuring your personal information is never shared with third parties unless legally required. All staff are bound by confidentiality agreements.

Updating Your Information

Please notify us of any changes to your contact details (e.g., name, address, phone number, or email). This ensures we can reach you promptly with important information.

Scheduling Appointments

Booking an appointment is easy and convenient:

• Online: Certain appointments can be booked through our online booking app.
• In-Person: Visit us at any of our clinic locations.
• By Phone: Call us at +64220826089 to schedule your appointment.

To help us stay on schedule, we ask that you arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment to check in. If you’re running late, we may need to shorten your treatment, but the full appointment fee will still apply.

For safety reasons, children are not allowed in the treatment rooms, and we cannot provide supervision. We appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We strive to offer exceptional value and service. To maintain this standard, we have a clear cancellation and refund policy:

• We do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
• Treatments and packages are non-transferable to others.
• Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel an appointment. This allows us to offer your slot to another client.
• For cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments, a fee of $200 (No Show) or $100 (Late Cancellation) may apply. For pre-paid treatments, missed appointments may result in the loss of one session.
• Refunds are processed in accordance with New Zealand Consumer Law.
• Deposits for cosmetic injectable treatments are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours or in case of missed appointments.
• Bank refunds (excluding cash payments) incur a 5% administrative fee.

Appointment Reminders

We’ll send you an SMS reminder 48 hours before your appointment. Please confirm your attendance to secure your time slot.
