Registration

For all new clients, we kindly ask you to complete a Client Registration Form. This helps us gather the necessary clinical information to determine the best treatments for you.

We collect personal details such as your name, address, contact numbers, and email, along with relevant medical information. This data is used to keep you informed about new services, confirm appointments, and provide important pre- and post-care instructions. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

Important Booking Information

When booking a series of treatments or packages, please note:

All packages are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase.

Our experienced medical practitioners and staff will assess and recommend the most suitable treatments for you.

A complimentary consultation is required before any treatment.

Your Medical Confidentiality

Your privacy is paramount. We adhere to strict medical confidentiality guidelines, ensuring your information is never shared with third parties unless legally required. All our staff are bound by confidentiality agreements.

Updating Your Information

If your contact details change—whether it’s your name, address, phone number, or email—please inform us. This helps us ensure you receive all necessary information without delay.

Scheduling Appointments

Booking an appointment is easy and can be done in several ways:

Online: You can book certain appointments through our booking app
In Person: Visit us at any of our clinic locations.
By Phone: Call us at +64220826089 to schedule your appointment. 

We strive to run on time, so please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment to check in. If you’re late, we may need to shorten your treatment to stay on schedule, but the full appointment fee will still apply.

For safety and comfort, children are not allowed in treatment rooms and cannot be supervised by our staff. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We aim to offer exceptional value in our beautiful facilities with highly trained staff. To maintain this, we have a straightforward cancellation and refund policy:

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Treatments and packages are non-transferable to other individuals.
Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client.
If you miss an appointment without 24 hours’ notice, a $200 No Show or $100 Late Cancellation fee may apply. Pre-paid treatments may result in the loss of one session.
Refunds will be issued as required under New Zealand Consumer Law.
Deposits for cosmetic injectable treatments are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours or for missed appointments.
Bank account refunds, except for cash payments, will incur a 5% administrative fee.

Appointment Reminders

We’ll send you an SMS reminder 48 hours before your appointment. Please confirm your attendance to secure your spot.
