Our 0% Instalment Payment Plan allows you to access discounted treatment packages while spreading the cost over time — with no interest charged.
This option is designed for clients who require multiple treatment sessions to achieve a specific skin or body goal and prefer structured payments rather than paying the full amount upfront.
How the 0% Instalment Payment Works?
You select a treatment package at a discounted package price
An initial upfront payment of approximately 30% of the total package value is required to commence
The remaining balance is paid via automatic instalments
- Instalments can be weekly, fortnightly, or monthly
- No interest is charged on instalments.
All instalments are processed securely via Ezidebit.
Upfront Payment Requirement
To begin treatment under the instalment plan:
- A minimum first payment of approximately 30% of the total package price is required:
Example:
Package price: $4,000
Initial payment: $1,000
Remaining balance paid via instalments
This ensures your payments always stay ahead of the treatment value delivered.
Payment Must Stay Ahead of Treatment Value
To keep the instalment plan fair and sustainable:
- At all times, total payments made must be equal to or greater than the value of treatments already received.
- If instalment payments fall behind the value of treatments delivered, A top-up payment will be required before the next treatment can proceed. Treatments may be paused until the account is brought up to date. This protects both parties and ensures treatments are never provided on unsecured credit.
Important to Understand
The 0% Instalment Plan is a payment method, not a subscription or pay-as-you-go option.
By choosing this plan:
- You are committing to the full package price
- Instalments are simply a way to spread payment
- Pausing, stopping, or discontinuing treatment does not cancel remaining payments
- Instalments continue until the full agreed amount is paid
Is this a Finance Contract?
This is not a loan, and no interest is charged.
However, it is a binding instalment payment agreement for a package purchased upfront at a discounted rate.
Because the package price is reduced, instalment payments are non-refundable.
No Refunds / Change of Mind
All packages purchased under the 0% Instalment Plan are non-refundable, including in cases of:
- Change of Mind
- Incomplete or discontinued treatments
- Personal, medical, or financial circumstances
- Missed or unused appointments
Unused treatments do not give rise to a refund or reduction of the remaining balance.
Fees You Should Be Aware Of
- $1.15 per bank direct debit transaction
- Up to 4.60% for Visa or Mastercard payments
- Up to $14.90 for failed or returned payments
These fees are charged by Ezidebit, NOT by KAIZ Wellness Medispa.
What Happens if a Payment Is Missed?
If a payment is missed or returned:
- Ezidebit may apply a failed payment fee
- The payment may be reattempted automatically
- Treatments may be paused until payments are brought up to date
- A top-up payment may be required before further treatments proceed
- Repeated missed payments may result in suspension of services or referral for recovery.
