- Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash
- Credits expire after 12 months if unused
- Unused credits are forfeited upon cancellation
- After the minimum term, one month’s notice is required to cancel
- All payments and credits are non-refundable, including in cases of change of mind or lack of use
