Tired of Stubborn Pigmentation That Just Won't Fade Away?

You've tried every cream and serum, stayed out of the sun, and followed all the skincare advice, yet those persistent spots of pigmentation—sun spots, melasma, and uneven skin tones—remain, stubbornly refusing to fade. We understand the frustration of looking in the mirror, feeling disheartened, and longing for clear, even-toned skin. The desire to step out without layers of makeup or to feel radiant with your natural complexion. Previously, solutions seemed too harsh, too invasive, or too uncertain. But not anymore.

We're proud to introduce the world's number one depigmentation solution, trusted and proven with over 1 million treatments performed worldwide. This breakthrough treatment stands out as the definitive answer for those seeking to overcome challenging skin pigmentation issues. Tailored for all, it's your opportunity to unlock the radiant, even-toned skin you deserve and reclaim your confidence with assurance.

The Cosmelan peel is expertly designed to target a variety of pigmentation concerns, offering transformative results for:

Melasma:
Often appearing on the top lip, cheeks, and forehead, melasma is influenced by heat, stress, and hormonal changes. While lasers are frequently suggested, they can actually exacerbate melasma by introducing more heat to the skin. Cosmelan's non-laser approach is specifically tailored to effectively address and eliminate melasma without the risk of aggravation.
Post-Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation:
This type of pigmentation can emerge anywhere on the face, usually following skin lesions like pimples. It's the skin's response to inflammation, leaving behind darkened spots as a reminder of past irritation.
Liver Spots (Lentigo):
Accumulated sun exposure, aging, and certain medications can lead to lentigo, with these spots most commonly appearing on the sides of the face. They're a telltale sign of your skin's battle with the elements and time.
Freckles (Ephelides Hypopigmentation):
Rooted in genetics and darkened by the sun, freckles are a common concern for many. While they may add character, some prefer a more even skin tone.
Cosmelan's peel process is not only free from discomfort but, when used alongside our professional home care kit, significantly reduces and even removes pigmentation. The result? Lastingly clear, flawless skin that radiates health and vitality.

What does the Cosmelan® treatment process involve

Step 1: Check Your Skin
  • First, we'll sit down for a chat to examine your skin closely and talk about the changes you're hoping to see. This step includes an in-depth skin analysis using advanced imaging equipment to uncover any hidden pigmentation issues beneath the surface.
  • This crucial step helps us predict the outcome of your treatment accurately, ensuring there are no surprises along the way.
  • If you decide to proceed with the treatment, the cost of this consultation will be deducted from the overall treatment cost.

Step 2: Putting on the Peel at the Clinic
  • Our skin experts will get your skin ready and then put on the Cosmelan mask. It's a thick layer that goes all over.
  • The mask might sting a little bit when it's first put on, but that feeling goes away fast.
  • You'll need to keep the mask on for 8 to 12 hours, depending on what your skin needs.
  • We'll tell you exactly how and when to take the mask off at your house, and we'll give you a kit with stuff you'll need after taking the mask off.

Step 3: Taking Care of Your Skin at Home
  • When it's time, you'll use a special cleanser we give you to take the mask off.
  • Right after, put on a cream we give you to help your skin feel better and stay moist.
  • Your skin might get red, swollen, and peel a bit.
  • On your third visit, we'll give you another cream (Cosmelan II) to put on 2 or 3 times a day for two weeks, followed by the soothing cream again.
  • After about a week, you'll only need to use the Cosmelan II cream twice a day.
  • We'll also give you a sunscreen to protect your skin from the sun.
  • After the first two weeks, you'll use the Cosmelan II cream once a day to keep pigmentation away.

Step 4: Checking In
  • We'll ask you to come back so we can see how your skin is doing.
  • This process helps make sure your skin gets the best care and you're happy with the results!

Cosmelan VS Laser

When considering treatments for pigmentation issues like melasma, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, liver spots, and freckles, it's essential to compare leading options: Cosmelan and laser treatments. Each has its methodology and outcomes, but for many, Cosmelan emerges as the superior choice. Here’s why:

COSMELAN®

Specifically formulated to target melasma, a condition often exacerbated by heat.
Effective on a variety of pigmentation issues, including post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, liver spots, and freckles.
Minimal downtime, allowing patients to return to their daily routines without significant recovery periods.
Both treatments aim to reduce and manage pigmentation. However, Cosmelan's approach to inhibiting melanin production offers a strategic advantage in providing long-lasting results.
Cosmelan is celebrated for its pain-free application, making it a comfortable option for those apprehensive about discomfort.

LASER TREATMENT

Can worsen melasma in some cases due to the heat generated during the process.
Might not be suitable for all skin types or pigmentation issues, with a higher risk of adverse effects like hyperpigmentation, especially in darker skin tones.
Depending on the intensity and area covered, may require a longer downtime and can be associated with redness, peeling, or even swelling
Laser treatments might require multiple sessions to maintain results
Although generally tolerable, can be uncomfortable for some, with a sensation often compared to the snap of a rubber band against the skin.

Frequently Asked Questions

Cosmelan is great for people dealing with pigmentation issues, sun damage, and especially melasma. It helps improve uneven skin tones, dull skin, and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
The treatment itself is mostly pain-free. You might feel some mild discomfort, like dryness or peeling in certain areas after the treatment.
Expect about 10-12 days of downtime. Initially, your skin might be red, warm, and swollen, then peeling and dryness can occur. It's advised to stay out of the sun during this time and use SPF to protect your skin.
Side effects are rare and manageable. You might experience redness, minor dryness, flaking, or tightness, which can be alleviated with moisturizer included in your post-treatment care pack. It's important to avoid direct sunlight post-treatment and wear broad-spectrum SPF30 every day.
Results can be seen after just one treatment, often within 2 weeks, but it could take up to 4-8 weeks depending on your skin condition and concerns. Continuous maintenance will be required due to both external and internal factors affecting pigmentation.
While Cosmelan shows great results, melasma is often linked to hormones, which can be unpredictable. There's no guarantee that it won't return, but combining the treatment with proper skincare, maintenance treatments, and possibly consulting a naturopath for internal care can provide comprehensive management.
Generally, one Cosmelan treatment session is sufficient if you stick to the at-home care regimen. Your dermatologist will advise if additional treatments are necessary.
