Why Choose Kaiz Skin Body & Injectable

When it comes to your face, you want to feel confident you’re in expert hands. At Kaiz Skin Body & Injectable, we stand out by focusing on safety, natural-looking results, and a truly personalized experience.

Expert You Can Trust

Our injector has trained under Dr. Tim Pearce, one of the most respected names in cosmetic medicine. This means you’re getting the highest level of expertise and care with every Botox® treatment, ensuring the best, most natural-looking outcome.

Medical Professionals with Advanced Knowledge

At Kaiz, our injector are not only medically qualified but also have a deep understanding of facial anatomy. This allows us to design customized treatment plans that suit your unique facial structure, ensuring your results look refreshed and natural—not overdone.

A Holistic Approach to Rejuvenation

We don’t believe in a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach. Instead, we treat the entire face to create a balanced and consistent appearance. Whether it’s smoothing frown lines, forehead wrinkles, or crow’s feet, we take everything into consideration. Sometimes, we might even recommend a combination of treatments like dermal fillers or laser therapy for the best results.

Access to a Range of Non-Injectable Treatments

In addition to Botox®, you also have access to a wide range of non-injectable treatments such as RF microneedling and HIFU. These treatments can be combined with injectables to further enhance your results, delivering a natural, refreshed look. By addressing your concerns from multiple angles, we help you achieve a more holistic, long-lasting transformation.

Personalized, Minimal Approach

Your goals are unique, and so is your treatment. Whether you want a noticeable change or a more subtle, gradual enhancement, we’ll craft a treatment plan tailored just for you. Plus, by treating the whole face with precision, we often use less Botox® while still delivering natural, beautiful results.

What to Expect from Your Botox® Xeomin® Treatment

At Kaiz Skin Body & Injectable, your treatment will be handled by one of our highly trained injectors, who has worked under the renowned Dr. Tim Pearce. We take the time to ensure you’re completely comfortable and confident before moving forward.

While the Botox® Xeomin® treatment itself only takes about 15 minutes, we book 30-minute appointments so we can fully discuss your goals and customize the treatment to suit you. Our approach is always personalized, with your safety and satisfaction as the top priority.

Aftercare

You can return to your normal activities right after your treatment, though we recommend avoiding heavy exercise, alcohol, and saunas for the next four hours.

It usually takes 1 to 3 days for Botox® Xeomin® to start working, with full results visible in about two weeks. If it’s your first time with us, or if you’re treating a new area, we recommend a complimentary follow-up two weeks later to review your results.

A full dose of Botox® Xeomin® typically lasts 3 to 4 months. With regular treatments, many clients find their results last even longer.

Possible Side Effects

Mild side effects like tenderness, bruising, or slight pain at the injection site can occur but should settle quickly. If you notice any effects that don’t resolve or have specific concerns—like a heavy eyelid or eyebrow, dry eyes, or any unusual reactions—don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Frequently asked questions

What are Botox® and Xeomin®?

Botox® and Xeomin® are both prescription medicines made from botulinum toxin type A. They are used to temporarily reduce facial wrinkles such as frown lines, forehead lines, and crow’s feet. They work by relaxing the muscles that cause wrinkles, resulting in smoother, younger-looking skin. Xeomin® is a “naked” form of botulinum toxin, meaning it contains no accessory proteins, which some patients may prefer.

Are Botox® and Xeomin® safe?

Yes, both Botox® and Xeomin® are approved by Medsafe in New Zealand and have been safely used for cosmetic and medical purposes for many years. Both treatments are considered safe when administered by trained medical professionals.

What areas can be treated with Botox® or Xeomin®?

Both Botox® and Xeomin® are commonly used to treat:

• Frown lines (between the eyebrows)
• Forehead lines
• Crow’s feet (around the eyes)
• Bunny lines (on the nose)
• Vertical lip lines
• Neck bands (platysmal bands)

In addition, Botox® can also be used to treat excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis) and other medical conditions like chronic migraines.

How long does a Botox® or Xeomin® treatment take?

The actual injection process takes about 10 to 15 minutes for both treatments. However, your full appointment may last around 30 minutes to allow for consultation and preparation.

How long do Botox® and Xeomin® last?

Both Botox® and Xeomin® typically last around 3 to 4 months, depending on the individual and the area treated. Over time, the effects wear off as the muscles regain movement, and follow-up treatments may be necessary to maintain results.

Are Botox® and Xeomin® treatments painful?

Most patients experience only minimal discomfort during Botox® or Xeomin® treatments. The needles used are very fine, and the procedure is quick. Some patients may feel a slight pinching sensation. If needed, a numbing cream can be applied beforehand to reduce discomfort.

Botox® / Xeomin® vs Anti-Wrinkle Creams

Noticing more fine lines when you smile, squint, or frown? You’re not alone—and while anti-wrinkle creams can help support your skin, they don’t always tackle the deeper issue. At Kaiz, we offer both expert advice on skincare and advanced injectables like Botox® and Xeomin® to help you soften lines where creams simply can’t reach.

Here’s a clear breakdown of the difference between topical creams and injectable muscle relaxants so you can choose what’s best for your skin and lifestyle.

Botox® // Xeomin®
HOW IT WORKS
Botox® / Xeomin® is a purified form of botulinum toxin that works by temporarily relaxing the facial muscles that cause wrinkles when you frown, squint, or raise your eyebrows. By reducing repetitive movement, Botox softens existing lines and helps prevent new ones from forming.

BEST FOR
Ideal for dynamic wrinkles caused by facial movement—like forehead lines, crow’s feet, frown lines (11s), and smile lines around the eyes. Also used for brow lifts, jaw slimming, and even excessive sweating.

PRICING
From $16–$18 per unit (we offer much lower rates for our members—chat with us to find out more). Most treatment areas require 20–50 units, depending on your goals. A personalised consultation will guide the exact dose.

LONGEVITY
Results appear within 3–10 days and typically last 3–4 months. With regular treatments, fine lines can soften over time—even after the product wears off.

RESULTS
A smoother, more refreshed appearance with natural facial movement when performed by an experienced injector. No “frozen” look—just softer, well-rested skin.

Anti-wrinkle Creams
HOW IT WORKS
These creams usually contain hydrating agents, antioxidants, peptides, or retinol to plump the skin, improve surface texture, and support cell turnover. They help minimise the appearance of fine lines on the surface, but they don’t affect muscle movement, which is what causes expression lines.

BEST FOR
Ideal for early signs of aging, dryness, dullness, and skin texture maintenance. A great daily habit—but limited in how much it can truly reverse deeper or dynamic lines.

PRICING
From $60–$300+, depending on the brand, ingredients, and strength. Results depend heavily on consistent use and layering with other skincare.

LONGEVITY
Results tend to be subtle and short-term, improving skin texture while in use. Stop applying, and the effects fade quickly.

RESULTS
Healthier, more hydrated skin with a temporary softening of surface lines. Doesn’t prevent or treat muscle-driven wrinkles.
