PDO threads are made from polydioxanone (PDO), a biocompatible polymer which undergoes complete hydrolytic degradation. The barbs, molded along the thread, anchor into the superficial dynamic fat pads under the skin to reposition tissue for a non-surgical lift. This can aid in reducing the signs of ageing.
Before treatment, we use our Zetta 3D analysis system to visualise facial features and skin characteristics as part of your individual treatment planning.
The analysis helps your practitioner assess the areas being considered and supports individual treatment planning.
Every Xytide i-Thread treatment at Kaiz includes a complimentary Zetta analysis as part of your individual treatment planning.

Xytide i-Thread uses polydioxanone (PDO) threads that are placed beneath the skin as part of a thread treatment procedure.
