Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Kaiz Limited ("Merchant") and the Customer ("Customer") for the purpose of providing access to a membership program that offers discounted privileges, recurring payments, and credits for services and products

 

1. Membership Enrollment and Payment

By proceeding with the membership setup, the Customer agrees to pay Kaiz Limited a recurring membership fee, charged on a weekly, fortnightly (bi-weekly), or monthly basis, as selected at the time of setup, for the purpose of accessing membership privileges and receiving credits.

Credits are issued in proportion to the payment amount and frequency selected by the Customer.

These credits provide discounts on services and products available at Kaiz Limited and do not constitute prepaid services or cash value.

Payments will be processed through Ezidebit, the authorised payment platform.

Please note that a processing fee of $1.15 per bank direct debit transaction is collected by Ezidebit.

2. Credits and Discounts

The Customer will receive credits equal in value to each successful payment made.

Credits may be applied to eligible services and products at Kaiz Limited.

Credits are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-transferable
  • Not redeemable for cash
  • Credits expire after 12 months if unused.
  • Unused credits will be forfeited upon cancellation or termination.

Credits are provided as part of a loyalty and discount privilege, not as stored value or prepaid treatment.

3. Minimum Commitment Period

The Customer agrees to a minimum commitment period of three (3) months from the start of the membership.

During this period:

  • Recurring payments must continue as agreed
  • Membership cannot be cancelled
  • Membership fees remain payable regardless of usage or satisfaction
  • Early termination during this period is not permitted unless agreed upon by Kaiz Limited in writing.

4. Notice of Cancellation

After the initial three (3) month commitment period, the Customer may cancel the membership by providing at least one (1) month’s written notice.

  • Membership benefits remain active during the notice period
  • Cancellation takes effect after the notice period, not immediately
  • No refunds will be issued for payments already made

5. Failed Payments and Penalties

If any payment is not successfully processed for any reason (including insufficient funds or incorrect account details), the Customer may be charged a failed payment fee of $14.80–$14.90, as imposed by Ezidebit.

These fees will be added to the outstanding balance, and the membership will remain active until payment is resolved.

6. Responsibility for Payment

The Customer is responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in their nominated account.

The Customer must notify Kaiz Limited promptly of any changes to their bank account or credit card details.

7. No Cancellation During Commitment Period

The Customer acknowledges that the membership cannot be cancelled during the initial three (3) month commitment period.

After this period, cancellation requires one (1) month written notice, as outlined above.

8. Consequences of Non-Payment

If payment is not received within 15 days of the due date, Kaiz Limited reserves the right to suspend or cancel the membership.

Any outstanding balances remain payable before reactivation.

9. Disputes

If there is a dispute regarding any payment or credit usage, the Customer must notify Kaiz Limited within 3 days of the payment date or usage.

The Customer agrees to continue making payments while the dispute is being reviewed.

Credits already issued or used cannot be reversed or refunded.

10. No Refund Policy

All membership fees, credits, and benefits are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of usage
  • Dissatisfaction
  • Personal, medical, financial, or lifestyle changes
  • Inability to attend appointments
  • Membership fees are paid in exchange for access to discounted pricing and membership privileges, not guaranteed usage or outcomes.

11. Payment Platform

Payments are processed through Ezidebit, a secure payment platform.

Applicable fees include:

  • $1.15 per direct debit transaction
  • Up to 4.60% for domestic Visa or Mastercard payments
  • Up to $14.90 for failed direct debit payments

12. Acceptance of Membership Terms (No Signature Required)

By proceeding with the membership setup and allowing allowing recurring payments to commence, the Customer:

Confirms they have received and read this Membership Agreement

Agrees to all terms and conditions outlined above

Acknowledges that the membership provides discount privileges and credits only, not refundable prepaid services

Accepts that all membership fees and credits are non-refundable

Authorises Kaiz Limited to initiate and continue recurring payments (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, as selected at setup) via Ezidebit

Commencement of payments or use of membership benefits constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

13. Delivery of Membership Terms

These Membership Terms & Conditions are automatically provided to the Customer electronically at the time of membership setup.
By proceeding with the membership and allowing payments to commence, the Customer confirms receipt and acceptance of these terms.

14. Updates to Membership Terms

Kaiz Limited reserves the right to update or amend these Membership Terms from time to time.
Any updates will be published on our website and will apply prospectively only.
Existing memberships will not be retrospectively disadvantaged.

Continued participation in the membership after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Version Control

These Membership Terms & Conditions are effective from the date stated below.
The version provided to the Customer at the time of membership setup applies to that membership.
